Amos
Amos has been a part of our sponsorship program for nearly five years, but recently lost his sponsor. He is an excellent student at Pearl High School, consistently finishing in the top three positions in his class of 57 students, and would like to be a health worker. He has four and a half years remaining at PHS, after which he will pursue two and a half years at a tertiary institution.
At home, Amos is one of six children who stay with their mother. Their father is a herdsman who stays elsewhere, but supports the family as he is able. Amos has one brother still in school, and the other siblings are doing casual work in the village.
